Builds long term, strategic relationships with named and vertical business alliance partners.
Facilitates the development of strategic marketing and new business plans for all assigned partners to meet or exceed assigned business goals. Works with Partners to identify opportunities and create demand through lead generation activities and target account selling strategies. Actively track joint sales pipeline and meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets. Develop and maintain relationships with global counterparts to leverage corporate initiatives and to ensure adherence to Alliances and Channel standards. Monitor partners business results, making recommendations for improvements to increase penetration for the strategic partners. Establish rules of engagement and operational escalation procedures to quickly identify and resolve issues.
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. Demonstrated track record developing and managing Global Partnerships and driving Partner account activity. Strong analytical, sales channel and marketing skills preferred with the ability to influence. Secondary education in Marketing or a related field preferred.

The ISV Alliance Director (ISV AD) will be an individualcontributor and collaborative member of the NAA Alliances & Channels(A&C) Team reporting to the group manager of the North America A&C ISVteam.The CX TechnologyPartner portfolio consists of several hundred third party applications &cloud connectors that improves Oracle s competitiveness and enables CXcustomers to expand and enrich their customer experience.
In this role, the ISV AD will lead the enablement andgo-to-market strategy with the priority Technology Partners and ensure that thesePartnerships are effectively leveraged by the CX Sales organization to driverevenue growth for Oracle.
Execution of initiatives to achieve goals in this roleinclude: (1) In-depth knowledge of the Oracle CX suite; (2) aligning TechnologyPartners with go to market programs to generate pipeline; and (3) TechnologyPartner enablement & education.
In this role the ISV AD will work collaboratively withinternal organizations including A&C, Product Development, ProductManagement, Sales, Solution Engineering and Oracle Consulting.

Understandsthe Oracle CX product portfolio, Technology Partner ecosystem, and businessdirections and trends that impact the CX Sales team.
Developsgo-to-market strategies with key technology partners to drive increased salespipeline and renewals for CX products.
Builds tightrelationships with the Technology Partner ecosystem and, to a lesser extent,the Service Delivery and SI Partner ecosystem. Understands Technology Partners skill areas, industry expertise, and applications deployed for the CX.
Enables CXTechnology Partners to develop Apps for the CX AppCloud by working with productteams to determine proper integration points and app functionality.
Ensuresthat CX Technology Partners are developing apps of the highest caliber byfollowing the official AppCloud Certification Program.
Ensuresthat CX Technology Partners are kept educated by sending regular emailcommunications and hosting weekly sync-up calls.
Aligns CXTechnology Partners with appropriate go to market Sales Plays.
Jointlydevelops Industry Solutions Maps with Product Development and ProductManagement to identify the functionality provided by the CX Technologypartners.
Worksclosely with the broader A&C team to plan, develop and implement jointstrategies.

_DesiredSkills & Experience_
Bachelor sdegree in Computer Science or equivalent, or a bachelor s STEM degree andapplicable coding/architecture work experience.
Minimum 8 years of work experience in the information technology sector. Previous marketing/ad tech/data software experiencepreferred, previous experience working with the Oracle CX Cloud Platforms (e.g.Eloqua, Service Cloud, etc.) highly valued.
Proven PartnerManagement experience and establishing new relationships that creates net newbusiness.
RelationshipManagement - ability to build consensus and to work through others inachieving desired results and objectives with demonstrated autonomy to work inhighly complex, matrix environments with multiple stakeholders and high degreeof ambiguity. High level of commonsense and figure it out IQ preferred.
Demonstratedtrack record of significant accomplishment in an Individual contributor orleadership role including successful development and management of accounts/programs/ projects in complex matrixed organizations with numerousconstituents.
