More About the Role
o Support ongoing development of custom web application using cloud technologies.
o Work collaboratively with a small team to deliver web application across multiple networks
o Develop a unique product that supports a large user base in the intelligence community
o Regularly deliver new updates into production environment through DevSecOps processes
You’ll Bring These Qualifications
Familiarity with Model/View/Controller (MVC) architecture
Deep knowledge of Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc)
Proficient working and developing in a Linux environment
Proficient with defensive cyber counter intelligence
Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
Able to work both within a team and autonomously as tasks dictate.
Able to digest new technical information at a rapid pace for practical use.
Appropriate time management capabilities - able to both pace workload and provide feedback to leads on task progress.
Eagerness to improve efficiency and streamline work procedures.
CompTIA Security+ certification or equivalent IAT Lv2/3 certificate aligning with DoD 8570 requirements
o Typically has a University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience
o Minimum of 8+ years related work experience
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
o Experience developing and delivering software on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud services
o Experience with Cloud Foundry
o Experience with NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB)
o CI/CD pipeline experience using GitLab or Jenkins
o Experience with Git and configuration management processes.
o Experience with automated test tools and frameworks, e.g. Inspec, Selenium, Cucumber, Junit.
o Experience integrating with identity management, access management, and authorization solutions (PKI, LDAP, OAUTH, OpenID).
o Understanding of agile development practices, including Agile Scrum methodology.
o Knowledge of Intelligence Community (IC) processes, policies and guidance.
o Ability to work in a highly collaborative, open, and unclassified office work environment.
