We are looking for a Site Merchandiser to join our growing Ecommerce team. The Site Merchandiser is responsible for the day-to-day management, merchandising and revenue growth of all online sales channels with an emphasis on site productivity, sales growth and conversion.
The focus of this role is to optimize the online merchandising strategy to ensure that the right product is in the right place and at the right time based on data-driven decisions and a deep knowledge of best practices. The Site Merchandiser partners with the sales, marketing, supply chain, and operations teams in the planning, purchasing procurement and promotions of the online assortment at TricorBraun and all online revenue channels.
To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have:
Ensure assigned online category(s) goals and objectives are strategically and tactically aligned to differentiate TricorBraun from the competition, and deliver a best-in-class online customer experience supported by an industry leading assortment
Directly collaborate with Digital Marketing teams to ensure that each channel (email, SEM, social media etc.) has specific, optimized and measurable plans to drive awareness and customers to relevant categories and products. Supporting marketing calendars, promotions, product placement and content
Utilize customer driven insights and business data to monitor progress toward goals, such as auditing sales and business performance (by item and category) to ensure planned profit margins goals are being met and recommend adjustments accordingly if they are not.
Have a deep knowledge of ecommerce best practices including competitive strategies, marketing, usability testing and industry trends.
Drive aggressive online revenue growth through additional 3rd party channels including but not limited to Amazon, eBay and relevant online marketplaces.
Google analytics and/or equivalent online analytics toolsets
