The successfulIT Support Engineer will be responsible for utilizing his/her skills toprovide assistance to the operations team in resolving technical problemswithin the Fulfillment Center that cover a multitude of technical disciplines.This position is the second level of support for the operations of theFulfillment Center and serves as a resource to Technical Support Technicianswhile also acting as a representative of the IT department to internalcustomers. Additionally they must possess stronganalytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability. Previousexperience exercising high levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacyrequired. They must possess superior people skills dealingwith all levels of a team environment up to and including presentations andexplanation of projects to upper level management.
