Performs varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment, in order to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs. Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.

Applies Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices. Demonstrates expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements. May lead the solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget. May act as the team lead on projects, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to develop skills of team members. Effectively consults with management of customer organizations. Participates in business development activities. Develops and leads detailed solutions for moderately complex projects.
6-8 years of experience relevant to this position including 3-4 years consulting experience preferred. Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred. Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to build rapport with team members and clients. Ability to travel as needed.

This senior-level consulting position provides consistent high quality and innovative solution leadership to a project team in the area of Projects Portfolio Management (PPM).
A minimum 10 years of experience in consulting and very strong knowledge of PPM.
The ideal candidate would be someone who is Oracle PPM Cloud certified and has at least 1 to 3 years of experience in cloud PPM.
They should also have the following proven experience:
Lead PPM solution design and implementation aspects of engagement(s) ensuring high quality, integrated software solutions within constraints of time and budget
Analyze business needs to help ensure Oracle solution meets the customer s objectives by combining industry best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen
Exercise judgment and business acumen in selecting methods and techniques to deliver functional solutions on non-routine and very complex aspects of the applications
Provide direction and mentoring to project teams, and effectively influence customer leadership on key decisions
Support the business development efforts by pursuing new opportunities and extensions.
Collaborate with the consulting sales team by providing domain expertise
Resolve complex customer issues by recommending and implementing solutions.
Ability to architect and design solutions encompassing multiple products and make decisions based on impact across the stack
Dynamic and driven individual with excellent communication skills. Experience talking with C-level executives
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience preferred
Must be able and willing to travel Mon Thurs or as needed
