Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

This role is for a Technical Program Manager in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure TAM group
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with an assigned TAM to document, organize, and drive delivery of a diverse set of business and technical customer requirements.
Manage regular communications both with the customer and with internal stakeholders
Work collaboratively with your team, cross-functional leaders in OCI and partners and customers to define clear solutions and strategies around Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
Manage executive communication on status and KPIs for strategic customers deploying with OCI
Define programs to accelerate customer adoption of OCI through repeatable and scalable processes
Document and maintain key customer support assets such as run books and support procedures
8 years project or program management experience
8 years in a technology focused role
Understanding of the digital transformation life-cycle and complex transformation initiatives
Ability to collaborate with technical and business oriented team members, both within Oracle, and with our customers.
BS/MS in Computer Science or a related field
Deep understanding of cloud competitive landscape; customer priorities and challenges.
