PSI Title: Project ManagerWork Location: CO - Aurora DescriptionEssential Functions and Job Responsibilities:PSI seeks a Project Manager to help shape DHA integrated systems and platformsthat support Government healthcare now and into the future. The successfulcandidate's core responsibilities will include, but not to be limited to:Provide IT services to maintain, operate, and provide engineering andtechnical support for the DHAProvide task tracking, resource allocation, quality assurance,technology review, research, budget monitoring and weekly status reportsPerform day-to-day management of assigned delivery order projects that involveteams of highly specialized technical professionals who are involved inanalyzing, prototyping, designing, integrating, testing,documenting, converting, extending, and implementing automatedinformation systManage functional teams, assist with budgets, manage vendor/ clientrelationships and provide work plans for developmental projectsInterfacing with end-users for the purpose of design and implementation of newsystems and troubleshooting problems with existing systemsOrganizes, directs, and coordinates the planning and production of allactivities associated with assigned delivery order projects, includingassessment of staff and expendituresAssume Program Management duties in the absence of the PMMinimum Requirements:A bachelor's degree from an accredited university in a related field(e.g., computer science, engineering, management, accounting,finance), and a minimum of 5 years of IT Project Management experience toinclude experience with managing projects of a large size and scope. Anequivalent combination of education, certification, and relevantexperience mayExperience with DHA type applications and databases of a large size and scopeProject Management Professional (PMP) certificationDemonstrated experience and ability to oversee and orchestrate advancedtechnology system design, development, integration, testing,training, deployment, operation and/or maintenance effortsExcellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational, communication, presentation, strategic, andinterpersonal skills to act as a liaison with different levels of managementU.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
