Manage people for product development programs or projects focused on the delivery of a product through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers.
Manage people for product development programs or projects involving department or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of a product or computer-based system through the design process, and into a finished state for external customers. Plan and direct resource schedules as well as project budgets. Monitor the product/program/project from initiation through delivery, interfacing with customer on technical matters. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the product/program/project on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction. Select, develop, and evaluate personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet Corporate specifications. Demonstrated leadership and people management skills. Strong communication skills, analytical skills, thorough understanding of product development and product management. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Typically four years of project management, product design or related experience needed.

The Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Global Government Sector (G2S) team which oversees the development and go to market for cloud products tailored to government customers, is seeking an experienced manager to serve as the Security Program and Business Management Senior Manager.
The manager will be expected to lead and grow a team responsible for the following business functions:
Security Program Management:
The primary security program management duties are stand-up and grow a comprehensive OCI wide security clearance compliance program which includes:
Developing and maintaining a comprehensive picture of OCI’s current cleared capabilities
Conceiving a strategy for the growth of OCI’s cleared capabilities based on contract, product and other business needs
And tracking and driving the execution of that strategy across OCI
Business Analysis Management:
Oversee executive reporting to include: weekly business performance metrics and executive status reports
Analysis and prioritization of gaps in business requirements and capacity management based on field inputs
Drive better business management practices by gathering metrics, analyzing customer trends, and prioritizing inputs from our field team, customers, prospects, partners, and analysts
Bachelor’s degree or higher or equivalent experience relevant to functional area.
Communicate complex ideas and topics to multiple audiences.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Past experience with executive reporting
Experience in government security administration.
Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with government agencies.
Be able to work with and communicate internally & with the internal stakeholders at all levels, including engineers, end-users, partners to senior leaders.
Demonstrated experience in people management and growing teams
Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking capabilities.
Outstanding proactive communication skills: written, verbal, presentations.

Hands on experience creating and presenting to senior executives
