This is a direct, fulltime position with our company. The candidate will work at DHA-Aurora, CO,facility and support the Program Integrity Division of DHA. The SeniorHealthcare SME will lead and coordinate large projects or series of smallerprojects with the application of advanced methods and techniques in dataanalysis, sampling, and statistical analysis.We offer competitive compensation and an extraordinary benefits packageincluding health, dental and vision insurance, 401K with companymatching, flexible spending accounts, paid holidays, vacation, sickleave, and more.Essential Functions, Responsibilities and Duties may include, but are notlimited to:Lead and coordinate particularly complex technical components of largeprojects or series of smaller projects with responsibility for the applicationof advanced methods and techniques in data analysis, sampling, andstatistical analysis.Responsible for understanding and interpreting business needs; assessing thebusiness impact of those needs; analyzing, testing needs and supportingthe communication and delivery of requirements with relevant stakeholders.Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders toanalyze andassess core business requirements, processes or procedures utilizing bestbusiness practices and current analysis techniques and methodologies.Serve as a key resource in decomposition of and solution identification forcomplex analytic requirementsRecognize, gather, correlate, and analyze facts, draw conclusions,define problems, and devise solutions and alternatives; and makeappropriate recommendationsAttend and facilitate client meetings with the purpose of establishing clientrelationship and ensuring complete understanding of business needsPossess excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability tocommunicate complex technical concepts to business users in a clear andconcise mannerCollaborate with Project Manager (PM) to ensure projectrequirements/requests for changes are understood and within standardsProvide guidance to other team members regarding best/standard practicesProvide guidance/assistance to team members where needed to help ensureissues are resolved by assigned due date. Escalate concerns with ability tomeet due dates to PMPosition RequirementsWork Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:Minimum requirements are a Master's degree and five years of experience or aPhD and two years of experience.Working Environment and ConditionsThis job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise levelof mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipmentsuch as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard officeposition and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent isrequired to stand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feelobjects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear.The work load may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time.The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations andwithstand moderate amounts of stress.
