Signals Intelligence Analyst, Senior

Key Role:

Apply technical expertise as a member of an offline analysis team. Perform analyses at various levels to determine parametric characterizations, functions, and applications for electronic emissions. Use sophisticated analog and digital signal processing and other associated equipment. Perform searches and exploitation from various sources to prepare operational or technical reports. Perform duties in operational analysis, technical analysis, or reporting as a technical advisor or in various support areas, including data archiving, database maintenance, or the preparation and maintenance of specific data files and reference data. Develop and maintain metrics to support the optimization of reporting, timeliness, throughput, and quality. Provide ad hoc support to 24/7 operations, as required.

Basic Qualifications:

-6+ years of experience with signal analysis

-Experience with ELINT technical analysis

-Ability to evaluate new tool integration, software maintenance releases, and impacts to operations

-Ability to provide backfill support to shift operations occasionally

-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Knowledge of multiple analysis and collection tools and processes

-Knowledge of processes and tools related to IEP and technical ELINT

-Knowledge of client requirements and oversight policies

-Ability to provide briefing and training on in-depth ELINT analysis and collection

-Ability to evaluate system inaccuracies and enable system accuracy improvements

-Active TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

-Graduate of SIGE4810 or 3810 a plus
