The PM must have an Associate’s Degree in a related discipline or three year recent experience serving in a supervisory position on a security services contract employing in excess of 30 officers. The DPM must have training and experience in law enforcement operations and training, scheduling, payroll activities and personnel administration.
The PM must possess good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to comprehend rules, detailed instructions, and training materials. It is required that the PM be able to maintain poise and self-control under stressful conditions and make quick decisions. Must provide a reference from other companies or organizations, which substantiate the individual’s ability to effectively manage a security force of 70 or more officers. Federal Protective Services management experience preferred but not required.
Must have a clean background to obtain a security clearance
Program Manager (PM) position requires a minimum of five years of
specialized experience. Specialized experience includes: project development and implementation
from inspection to deployment; expertise in management and control of funds and resources using
complex reporting mechanisms; and demonstrated capability in managing multi-task Contracts or
subcontracts of various types and complexity.
- PM must have a bachelor’s degree in any field of study or have substantial and credible law
enforcement, physical security, military or business management experience, which demonstrates
individual’s capacity to effectively manage a security force and contract/task order equivalent to
scope, magnitude, and complexity as described in this SOW.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
At least 21 years of age
Must be US citizen
Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent
Able to pass a physical exam/drug screen and a federal background investigation.
Speak and be literate in English to the extent of writing, reading and understanding printed regulations, orders, instructions, etc.
