Zayoserves wireless and wireline carriers, media, tech, content,finance, healthcare and other large enterprises.Position DescriptionTier 2support 24X7X365 to Field Operations and NCCand overallmanagement/oversight of allCritical Infrastructure (CI) equipment:ACpower distribution, buildings, grounding, fire systems, generators,ATS/MTS,Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), DC Power PlantSystems, andCooling systemsto ensure operational integrity, improveefficiency and reduce operational costs.ResponsibilitiesManage Contracted Maintenance vendors for callout repairs, and quotedservice repairs onCIsystems to include invoicing and quoted PR submittals.Developmentfor best Operating practices,andstandards,WriteMethod of Procedures (MOPs) for all CI equipmentrepairs and augments.Ensure all maintenance activities are performed in accordance with approvedMOPs.Evaluate vendor/contractor field service reports describing all activities(preventive maintenance, repairs, etc.) performed on the CI equipment.Resolve operational deficiencies discovered on Preventive MaintenanceInspections (PMI) and on Contractor PMs.Assists Field Operations and NCC/NOC technicians with Operation Supportissues, that may require vendor or manufacturer support.Develop reliability reports to assist in identifying areas of concern thatcould develop into future problems.Subject Matter Expert on CI equipment issues for all PG's and advises themon solutions for technical problems or barriers.Manage all CI augmentprojects(CapEx/OpEx) to affectbreak/fix repairsEnvironmental Compliance and to ensure all permitting is completed annuallyCI Equipment inventory accuracy and Data Integrity in SF and M6QualificationsDegree in Electrical, Mechanical, and or Civil Engineering or equivalentexperience.3+ years in a telecommunications of allCritical Infrastructure (CI)equipment:AC power distribution, buildings, grounding, fire systems,generators, ATS/ MTS,Uninterruptable Power Systems (UPS), DC PowerPlant Systems, andCooling systemsto ensure operational integrity, improveefficiency and reduce operational costsExperience in Microsoft Office, SalesForce, and Database applicationsProject Management experience requiredRewardsCompetitive compensationBase salary range: $68,696-$78,113Full-time Zayo employees are also eligible for discretionary quarterlyshort-term and long-term incentive cash bonuses which are based on theperformance of the Company, an employee's business segment, and theindividual employeeExcellent benefits including health, dental, vision, 401 (k),disability and life insuranceFitness membership discountsGenerous paid time off policy including paid parental leaveZayo is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer All qualifiedapplicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race,color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, nationalorigin, disability, or protected Veteran status.
