In the role of a Digital Analyst you need to know how to: Responsible to establish and grow a systemwide digitalanalytics and search strategy for SCL Health. Identify and implement tools,goals and processes for public web properties, social platforms and otheronline engagement platforms. Responsible to identify new analytic tools andtechnology and to experiment with and embrace new technology and thinking. Support the analysis of and all otheronline content and engagement platforms including social media. Ensure thatstandards for timeliness, quality and accuracy are met. Apply current SEM/SEO practices to maximize the impactof SCL Healths online marketing campaigns. Continuously track and analyzedigital metrics. Share results with relevant parties and make recommendationsto improve online results. Perform systemwide analysis of site, directory andcampaign performance. Partner with care site Marcom associates to inform themof best practices and to recommend possible improvements to care site digitalplatforms based on analytics data. Use evaluation tools (e.g. Google analytics,Facebook Insights and other data analysis tools available) to track websiteand online effectiveness and respond to indicators as necessary. Analyze results and provide actionablerecommendations, based on data, to marketing and communications leads. YOUR EXPERIENCE. We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which iswhy we require: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications,computer science or related field 2 years of relevant experience Demonstrated success in tracking and improving onlineperformance in Google Analytics, Omniture, or other analytics platform Emanaging SEM/SEO for digital marketing campaigns,knowledge of W3C standards and HTML, and other web-appropriate languages Strong ability to communicate clearly in expressingideas and technological logistics related to web execution Comfortable working in and supporting a matrixenvironment Prefer Google certification YOUR NEXT MOVE.
