This includes supporting and maintenance of existing applicationsand development of new ERP capabilities. Unique to this position is thebusiness unit has been experiencing double-digit sales growth for many yearsand our ERP capabilities need to grow at this speed. Key focus areas for next18 months include enhanced EDI and e-commerce capabilities to support theexplosive use of the tools.This position is not a back office role, and is expected to activelyparticipate as part of the business team to support the growth potential ofthe business. The ERP Manager will report to the Information TechnologyDirector for the Waddington Group based in Covington, Kentucky, but isactively engaged with Eco-Products team based in Boulder, Colorado.Essential Functions & Key Responsibilities:Manage the NetSuite ERP and CRM system functionality and implement new systemrequirement. Eco-Products is primarily a sales and distribution business anddoes not directly manufacture its products, so primary use of the ERP /CRM application is focused on CRM, sales order management and distributionto customers.Responsible for mapping business processes to specific functions withinNetSuite ERPReview, validate, and approve functional and technical design documents.Oversee application development and integration of web applications, EDI,e-Commerce and SQL database applications.Maintains thorough and up-to-date User and System process documentation.Provides training to users on system functionality.Conduct regular user access reviews to ensure compliance and appropriateSegregation of Duties and provide through documentation for Audit Reviews.Develops IT annual operating plan budget for Eco-Products and monitors andcontrols expenses to include software applications and maintenance costs.Develops and maintains partnerships with NetSuite consultants to keep abreastof new system enhancements and capabilities.Coordinate with external business partners during testing and requirementsgatheringTo a lesser extent (10% of role), the position will provide basicdesktop support for users in the Boulder office and home-based employees,approximately 75 employees in total. Desk top support is primarily provided bythe company's IT Infrastructure team, but this position will providelocally based support to the Boulder team.Coordinates with the company's IT infrastructure team to ensure hardwareassets are operating properly and adequately maintained, and ensures back-upand disaster recovery procedures and plans are in place and operatingeffectiveThese are primary job responsibilities, but the list is not an exhaustivestatement of duties or requirements. The omission of specific statement ofduties does not exclude them from the position.Candidate Requirements:Overall, 10+ years' experience in Information Technology3-5 years' experience with NetSuite ERP software in all areas including butnot limited to management, implementation, upgrades and updates,maintenance, customization, problem solving, user support, CRM and allother functions of NetSuite4 year bachelor's degree in a relevant field.Strong technical knowledge and business understanding of the NetSuite ERPsystem as well as ERP, CRM, MRP, SCM, Accounting, Sales, InventoryManagement, and Logistics Planning.Ability to identify, plan, communicate and execute projects fromconception to completion.
