Zayoserves wireless and wireline carriers, media, tech, content,finance, healthcare and other large enterprises.Position DescriptionThe Program Manager provides support for the Solutions Engineering Leadershipteam in providing governance, alignment, management, and optimizationacross multiple projects to enable Solution Engineering initiatives. Instituteand manage governance structure, processes, and procedures to accomplishoverall objectives and ensure teams meet deadlines for deliverables. Aligntop-down vision, goals, and objectives from the Solution EngineeringLeader's strategy through to successful completion of projects for programobjectives. Lead and manage regular reviews for accountability and successfulmanagement of projects and stakeholders. Lead the optimization of performanceacross the Solutions Engineering organization to achieve the best functionaland technical value.ResponsibilitiesOversee strategic business initiatives from development through successfulexecution under the guidance of senior leadership and departmental headsDevelop and maintain strategic partnerships with cross-functional departmentsto ensure effective implementation of methods and proceduresAssist and communicate with leadership in decision-making, programmanagement, and initiative implementationIdentify expedient and comprehensive solutions to customer-impacting issuesCreate six months to multi-year roadmaps in alignment with business andSolutions Engineering strategiesInvolved in activities that require strategic vision, analysis, and directhands-on project leadershipStaff planning and prioritization assignment across teamsManage key vendor relationshipsProvide continuity on internal and external communicationsComprehensive knowledge of the overall department functionCreate and update monthly dashboards to track key changes in metricsManage internal business processAssist and communicate with leadership in decision-making, programmanagement, and initiative implementationImprove current processes and coordinate organizational procedures foroptimized efficiency and productivityAssist with people ops and leadership with new hires, includingdocumentation and onboarding, and collaborate to address and resolve allemployee concernsBuild and develop relationships with all employees for increased efficiencyand effective responsiveness into existing operations, and help to definenew operational strategies, working with leadership on special projectsServe as a process subject matter expert, handling inquiries and developingaction plans to address them, and assisting with the preparation anddissemination of communicationsSet goals for the programs and track progress, set-backs, and overallperformanceTrack, record, and compile project and organization performance dataAnalyze program results and present findings to managementSeek out new and creative project ideas to implementQualificationsUndergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other degreerequiring analytical aptitude or equivalent relevant work experience.3-5 years of product, project management, software development, and/ortechnology analyst experience preferred.Ability to communicate effectively with a variety of functional teams, andstrong interpersonal skills for supporting and advising sales teams on propersystems and processes.Proficiency in the MS Office suite of tools with an emphasis on Excel andPowerPoint is required. Knowledge ofplatform is a plus.Strong attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and ability tomulti-task and prioritize.A
