Zayoserves wireless and wireline carriers, media, tech, content,finance, healthcare and other large enterprises.Position DescriptionThe Quality Assurance and Production Support position is required to havegreat skills and experience developing, implementing, and maintainingmanual and/or automated quality assurance testing methodologies and systemsto ensure the accuracy and stability of Salesforce software applicationswithin an Agile environment.The QA member will work closely with business owners, project managers,and application development teams. Quality Assurance Analysts possess a deepsense of ownership, a curious mind and a strong desire for team success.They must have an eye for detail that coincides with a greater understandingaround team and product goals.In this role, the QA member will gain a deep understanding of applicationprocess and flows and be able to triage production issues, they will operateas main point of contact between technical and business teams identifying data/ code issues and communicating findings and proposed solutions.ResponsibilitiesCreate detailed, comprehensive, well-structured test plans, testcases, and coordinate (UAT) sessions and testing activities.Identify, document, escalate, and track quality issues and defects toresolutionDocument and maintain test artifacts such as: test data, datavalidation, and scriptsCreate, execute and evaluate manual or automated test cases and report testresultsReview test results with managers, colleagues, and stakeholdersHold and facilitate test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team membersRecommend, design, develop, and execute automation testing toolsPerform smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing invarious systems/interfacesProvide end users with personable and timely support of applicationsResearching, resolving and/or escalating application related issues orquestions with tracking ticketsGood analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving abilities.QualificationsBachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year College or UniversityHigh level ofknowledge, including but not limited to object design andreporting structures.Experience working in GitLabSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-taskingskillsAbility to communicate with stakeholders of all backgrounds (IT,Business, etc.)Ability to provide logical guidance in a fast paced and quickly changingenvironmentInsatiable curiosity: Ability to learn new software quicklyProblem Solver: Driven by intuition and curiosity to resolve and learn theunknown.Thoughtful Go Getter: Willingness to fail and learn from it, while notwaiting around.Collaborator: Open and fulsome communicator who raises their hand as much asthey listen.Service Orientation: You have no issue making other people's problems yourown.Technical Mindset: Loves it, gets it and thinks about how by using it theycan improve something, anything, everything.RewardsCompetitive compensationExcellent benefits including health, dental, vision, 401 (k),disability and life insuranceFitness membership discountsGenerous paid time off policy including paid parental leave
