If you have an innateunderstanding of how processes impact the organization and are looking for anopportunity to use your expertise to operate at an organizational level, let'sHow you MIGHT spend your day: Serving as the Administrator for our project tracking apps Incrementally improving our development process and organizationalmethods for delivering quality apps Guiding Engineering through transitions of change and improvement Tracking deliverables against timelines so that our leadership hasvisibility into our performance Looking for blockers, sequencing, cross-team concerns, anddelivery/timeline risks Attending standups - facilitating tradeoff negotiations when necessary Running general process meetings like Retros and Launch Control Facilitating and tracking details for technical inceptions,grooming/gut check meetings and launch parties Coordinating activities for staffing our projects and orienting newemployees on process details Holding teams and leaders accountable for our agreed process standards Creating visual and training materials to keep us sharp, engaged,and winning! Being a listening ear for team members who need to be unblocked, haveprocess questions or need resolution from Retro meetingsWhat you'll bring to the table At least 5 years of experience in a software company with experienceworking as a ScrumMaster with an emphasis on solid process management Demonstrated experience building enterprise grade platforms - workingwith multiple business units or practice areas Experience with a range of Project Management methodologies that mightinclude Kanban, Agile and Scrum An empathetic ear, who is interested in understanding the why behindthe words and how to create wholesome process and change.
