This security management position serves as the Boulder Site Facilities Security Manager for the Payload and Ground Systems Division; a major part of our Space Sector. The Boulder site has collateral and Special Programs and routinely collaborates with other sites in the Northrop Grumman Space Sector. This is an opportunity to apply proven Security leadership skills in a dynamic and challenging environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for leadership and management of a team of security professionals and on site guard force. This Security Manager ensures security compliance with government and company regulations and strives for excellence in executing program security milestones while meeting, and in many instances exceeding, customer (internal and external) expectations. The Security Manager primarily oversees program security activities and provides guidance to briefed personnel, to include supporting program managers in achieving key goals. The Security Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining program security metrics, implementing a robust security education program and interfacing with the Program Leadership Team. The selected candidate is responsible for staffing and working with Program Stakeholders to ensure security classification guidelines are being met and implemented.

Be the quality controller of security products supporting contract security deliverables.
Ability to manage conflict and resolve team member issues effectively and efficiently.
Salary Minimum: $105,600
Salary Maximum: $158,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Minimum 10 years Industrial Security experience and Bachelor degree, 12 years Industrial Security experience and Associates degree, or 14 years of experience total in lieu of degree.
5 or more years of managerial experience.
Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI access
Ability to travel 25%.
Bachelor's Degree, and corresponding Industrial Security and greater than 5 years of management experience.
Current, active TOP SECRET with SCI access with polygraph.
