You have been working as an onboarding/trainingspecialist for a SaaS company and have proven your ability to understandcustomer needs - now you're ready to flex your training skills in a newfor a company that's growing fast.How you'll spend your days Delivering new customer training webinars Developing custom training courses for select customers Conducting enhanced training online and in person to help level up ourcustomer engagement Managing project plans and timelines for new training programs Work closely with Support leaders to help identify customers who maybenefit from individual attention, based on frequency of contact Booking, scheduling and coordinating all aspects of SurveyGizmoPrivate Training Embracing industry and company best practices for demos, courses,documentation and training material Troubleshooting software or product issues on the fly and escalatingunresolved issues to the support team Delivering training through: web-based course content, onlinewebinars, face-to-face instructor-led courses, Go-Liveimplementations/set-ups, individual phone or face-to-face coaching sessions.
