Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

As a* Technical Program Manager *in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure’s Security Risk Management organization, you will plan and direct schedules, identify and mitigate risks, and supervise large multi-functional programs from initiation through delivery. To facilitate timely product delivery, you will work with a variety of partners to prioritize work, identify and resolve dependencies, and maintain organizational focus. The successful candidate will provide leadership and expertise in the development of new security products/services/processes, frequently operating at the cutting edge of technology, and to recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes.
Develop and execute detailed project plans encompassing, but not limited to, stakeholders, risks, and communication management.
Build breakthroughs/phases and track success measures which are Quantified and Qualified, owning the program to its goals.
Collect program level data, analyze it, and identify process deficiencies, inspiring change towards better execution.
Provide leadership and expertise in building products/services/processes roadmap.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
7 years demonstrated ability managing the development and implementation of software products.
Maturity, judgment, influencing skills, analytical skills, and leadership skills.
Ability to successfully drive ownership of a project from initiation through to delivery and adoption.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to team with security leadership to establish and maintain our roadmap, setting appropriate expectations and ensuring our product and services meet our high standards for security excellence.
Ability to succeed through teamwork, collaboration, and working through internal and external organizations as well as diverse teams.
