Technical Support Tech IIBoulder, CO6 Month Contract + opportunity for extension/ conversionStart date: 5/01/19Standard hours M-FREQUIRED SKILLS Must have 2-4 years of experience in a technical support role Bachelor's degree in Computer Science Windows/MAC/Strong Ubuntu OS experience is a must Basic hardware knowledge Small scale project management experience Knowledge of the ITIL/Scrum methodology preferredPREFERRED SKILLS Candidate must possess superior customer service skills, and ability tocommunicate with peers while working in a team environment. Ability to take ownership of assigned tasks and see them through tocompletion with little to no supervision. Proven ability to operate in high pressure situations and successfullyhandle multiple priorities and possess a high level of discipline whileremaining flexible. Update IT procedures and how to documentation when needed. Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem solving ability.
