Oracle Advertising, a leader in delivering high-quality targeting data, innovative contextual technology, and powerful measurement solutions to top brands and media partners in the U.S., is looking for a full-time Business Process Associate to add to our growing Audience Manufacturing and Delivery team.
Function of the Position:
As a member of the Oracle Advertising Audience Manufacturing and Delivery Operations team, the Business Process Associate will help to scope, plan and implement business process improvement projects focused on improving the effectiveness and efficiency of Oracle Advertising’s operational business processes, in support of its business goals. The incumbent will ensure Oracle Advertising policies and procedures are maintained and updated as needed, perform a number of quality assurance functions, and potentially conduct short-term field assignments.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Conducts periodic analysis of business data as directed.
Meets with department representatives to discuss cross-department initiatives and facilitates the discussion of potential solutions for areas of inefficiency, bottlenecks, or waste. Facilitates working group sessions throughout all phases of the BPM process. Monitors, documents, and presents process improvements. Ensures updates of Oracle Advertising’s Operations Manuals and the content is being consistently supported and trained.
Manages a portfolio of assigned quality control and assurance functions, serving as the Operations Quality Assurance Officer. This responsibility includes managing the Quality Assurance process and assignments for project startups and closedowns, conducting QA reviews, training QA Reviewers, and reporting of the Quality Assurance Review process for all startups and closedowns.
Participates in cross-group, company-wide initiatives and special projects. Provides support as needed and collaborates with colleagues particularly the Audience Manufacturing and Delivery Operations team to develop new policies and procedures and, where needed, proposes changes for existing policies and procedures. Works closely with Management and Technology teams to ensure Quality Assurance systems fit and support the company’s policies and procedures.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor’s degree.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in process improvement and quality assurance.
Experience with BPM platforms (e.g., Visio, Draw.io), developing workflows and conducting gap analysis.
Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
BS/BA degree required.
Experience in facilitating meetings, working groups, or large groups of people with varying opinions.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Ability to travel on assignments as requested, up to 10%.
Equivalent combinations of experience and training will be considered.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred Qualifications :
Digital Advertising experience.
Knowledge Management System management.
Understanding of various systems and programming languages, including SQL, Python, Java, Unix, API, FTP and JIRA
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for the delivery of Product Specifications Documents to supplier partner(s) or delivery of process specifications to meet business specifications.
May be done in partnership with business partner(s) or via guidance to business partner(s) for execution. Defines system specifications needed to roll out flexible business models. Responsible for understanding business objectives. Performs process or functional analysis to identify gaps compared to specifications, confers and/or drives issues with management for resolution, and ensures overall fulfillment of business specifications. Responsible for day-to-day engagement with business and/or process subject matter experts. Advises and consults with business teams prioritizing allocation of people resources, addressing project team problems ensuring that all team deliverables are met, and developing and presenting proposals of project plan and getting agreement from appropriate stakeholders. Understands and applies theories to policies and operating environment needed to effectively and efficiently complete assignments.
Work involves some problem solving with assistance and guidance in understanding and applying company policies and procedures. Typically graduate or equivalent with 0 - 2 year experience.
Colorado Pay Range: From $21.97 to $38.45 per hour
From $45,697 to $79,968 per annum
