This is a perfect position for someone who is passionate about compensation – as a consultative business strategist. The ideal candidate is organized with strong attention to detail who can effectively manage competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Serves as an integral partner to the HR Business Partner teams to identify and resolve global compensation-related issues; guides and facilitates conversations on how Proofpoint’s Global Compensation programs can drive and support Proofpoint’s short and long-term global success. A successful candidate adapts quickly to a changing environment, takes a global view, is data driven and technically savvy and has a passion for optimizing process and structure.
Partners globally with the HR and leadership teams on planning, designing, communicating and operationalizing market competitive total rewards packages.
In partnership with the Global Total Rewards leader, creates competitive compensation programs and strategies.
Consult and collaborate with members of HR and business to explore problems, resolve issues or offer solutions on matters related to compensation.
What you bring to the team
Strong analytical skills and market knowledge, with a proven record in building complex financial/ compensation models.
Exhibit a history of developing a strategically designed approach to the creation of compensation programs in line with organizational goals and objectives.
Prior knowledge of HRIS systems, specifically Workday a plus.
Stays abreast of new compensation strategies, changes that impact compensation programs and latest technology related to compensation programs.
Ability to design as well as implement in a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Minimum of 7 - 10 years increasing experience with global compensation analysis, design and administration.
Strong analytical, project management and process management skills. Excellent at analyzing, synthesizing and drawing conclusions from the data quickly and accurately.
Ability to manage multiple, high priority tasks and adjust to shifting priorities, while meeting deadlines.
A preference for and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Experienced in working in a dynamic HR organization that requires good partnership skills to support the business.
