Summary/Objective:The IT Business Operations Associate will be responsible for supporting the ITdepartment in relation to planning, budgeting, projects, and a varietyof other operational functions which include project management. This positionwill provide the necessary support to ensure that the IT department atElevations is running smoothly and efficiently. This implies that theindividual in this role will have exceptional organizational skills, timemanagement skills, and work best in a fast-paced environment with tightdeadlines that must be met. Essential Functions include:Support IT and Accounting team with invoice processing and ensure vendorpurchases are trackedPartner with IT management and Accounting to review and update monthlybudgets, perform reconciliations and support reforecasting activitiesAssist and drive due diligence review and oversight for new (and existing)third-party services including document coordination and analysisAct as the central integration point for IT stakeholders in the contractingand procurement processDevelop and maintain a complete inventory of all third party product andservice providers for the IT team, including ensuring all appropriatedocumentation and contracts are maintainedInitiate and lead periodic user access reviews of key systemsAssist with maintenance and enhancement of departmental SharePoint sitePrepare and disseminate communications on behalf of ITSupport major projects as required by the VP, IT Planning and Governance toinclude conducting necessary research, developing materials, and drivingcollaboration amongst all stakeholders to ensure successPrepare meeting materials, such as developing presentations with little tono direction, creating succinct meeting agendas, planning and executingthe logistics of IT meetings, and providing all necessary follow-up to thosein attendanceCoordinate and support organizational excellence by identifying processinefficiencies and providing recommendations to improve department performanceReports to:VP, IT Planning and Governance Manages:This role does not have supervisory responsibility Required Competencies:Tech Savvy, Collaborating, Managing Work, Continuous Improvement,Decision Making, Quality Orientation Required Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree in Technology or Information Systems or equivalent workexperience1-2 years working in or closely with a technology departmentBroad knowledge of the IT industry and the products and services provided bytechnology vendorsEntrepreneurial self-starter who recognizes where processes can be improvedand initiates action to improveAbility to hit the ground running in fast-paced environmentDetail oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsProven ability to na
