Are you ready to grow with us?The Role: (Bloomfield,Colorado)You are a business analyst looking for an environment where you can drivecustomer acquisition and retention via integration and enhancement of vitalmarketing applications. You have a strong background within Agile softwaredevelopment lifecycles, requirements definition, and interfacingsuccessfully with internal stakeholders from sales, marketing, andoperations at all levels of the organization. You are ideally suited in acompany and role where you can have a tangible impact on the strategy behindsolutions and tools which are critical to revenue streams.This position requires an analyst's attention to detail, ability to workwith business stakeholders, and nuanced planning and problem solvingabilities. You are experienced with marketing, email, andcustomer-engagement applications, and will work closely with developers toachieve new features and functionality.Key Responsibilities include:Align with stakeholders to understand business goals and impacted audiencesCapture and effectively document requirements and user storiesCoordinate with developers and Product Owners to achieve feature deliverablesand maintain high quality productsFacilitate discussions around business value amid competing prioritiesSkills and Experience:Marketo Certified Expert Required3+ years as Marketo Admin including requirements gathering and documentation.Familiarity with Marketo and SFDC custom objectsUnderstanding of Velocity code capabilities and limitationsFamiliarity with Marketo API functionalityExperience/exposure to full stack web development (not required to be adeveloper but able to work closely to determine development needs)Strong Email and Landing page template design experience. Able to guidedevelopers with best practice adviceDeep understanding of Marketo/SFDC syncing features/functionalityAbility to understand/work with SQLDiagnose data issues and provide solutionsOwn and maintain data management and integrity across multiple tools(website, database, ETL, SFDC)Be the owner/contact for upstream and downstream system integrationsBe comfortable explaining complex processes and technologies to stakeholdersIndependent ability to find improvements to processes and dataquality/managementWilling to train/mentor team members and stakeholders on how Marketo worksAbility to integrate 3rd party tools with Marketo to ensure fit with currentarchitectureProvide stakeholders with best practice center of excellence program templatesthat fit the business modelTrain the Trainer (train the Marketing Operations team to be able to bestsupport our Marketing stakeholders)Proficiency with Agile and iterative project management concepts, bestpractices, and tools.Outstanding oral and written communication skills with experience interactingwith sales and marketing teams, executive level stakeholders, and developers.Ability to decipher bu
