Trimble is recruiting for an Oracle Service Contracts Analyst to fill anopportunity in Westminster, CO. Trimble is seeking an Oracle Service Contracts Analyst to join ourInformation Systems team. In this role, you will be critical in buildingdigital eCommerce and Entitlement solutions targeted at our customers toenhance their purchasing experience. You will be challenged to create worldclass apps quickly but thoughtfully and to balance speed to market withlongevity and scalability. The end game is to provide to our customers andpartners with an extraordinary experience.Responsibilities: * Work with Trimble product managers to understand key businessobjectives * Work with system architects, developers, QA engineers on providingfully integrated subscription and licensing business processes and solutions * Participate in the subscription and licensing entitlements capabilityroadmap, enhancements, and support of the data-driven operating model * Work within the Scaled Agile Framework and related Project Managementstandards to deliver business needs quickly. * Participate on the delivery of projects to support digital eCommerceand cloud business * Work with production support teams to coordinate thehandling/escalation of daily production support issues in a timely andefficient manner. * Work in collaborative environments with high performing crossfunctional teams across multiple geographies.Requirements * Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or similar field (or equivalentin experience) * 5+ years experience in Oracle Order to Cash with significantexperience in Service Contracts, Advanced Pricing and Billing a must. Alsoexperience in Oracle iStore and Order Management strongly preferred * Advanced knowledge of subscription and licensing entitlementconcepts, architecture and processes. * Experience in sale of SaaS models including flat-rate, usage-based,user-based, active user-based, etc. and bundling of them. * Experience in capturing and managing business requirements for crossfunctional teams * Ability to solve problems quickly and completely. * Ability to learn new, emerging technologies that affect our systemsvery quickly and resolve any problems involved in integrating new technologieswith our systems. * Participate as a member of a team-based environment. Must be able tocommunicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must beable to work successfully with little or no supervision. * Must be able to travel occasionally within Europe, India, andUnited States.
