The Product Manager, BUCA should be skilled in user science and UX design thinking, and someone who is excited to become an integral part of a rapidly evolving company undergoing a digital transformation while supporting a mature, profitable business.

What you will be doing:

  • Product Owner for a B2B custom web application

  • Work closely with internal and external business partners to identify issues/needs that can be addressed/optimized leveraging Bright Horizons’ distinctive competencies.

  • Maintain an enhancement backlog for the above application

  • Responsible for writing/refining/splitting user stories and defining acceptance criteria.

  • Work seamlessly with an Application Development team to plan regular development phases and production releases.

  • Communicate information about upcoming features to a Marketing team and other relevant stakeholders, including executives.

  • Be an advocate for and an expert in Agile development and lean process within a large organization undergoing a digital transformation.

What we hope you will bring to the role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field or comparable experience preferred. Individual should have 3 or more years' Product Management, directly managing a successful digital product.

  • Fluency in user science. Experience with qualitative and quantitative user feedback analysis.

  • Familiarity with behavioral analytics platforms

  • A deep understanding of how to drive business value through an understanding of market problems and a knowledge of technology-based solutions

  • Experience mocking up UI prototype, knowledge of HTML, CSS and SQL a plus
