Product Manager/Strategy 3-ProdDev Preferred Qualifications Senior Product Manager: Oracle Advertising Oracle Advertising Location: United Stated (Remote / Broomfield, CO) Oracle Advertising empowers advertisers to maximize performance and drive better outcomes through high-quality targeting data, innovative contextual technology, and powerful measurement solutions. This role will support and promote the understanding of data usage across Oracle Advertising. In this role, you will gain a deep understanding of the data elements and resources that are foundational to the business. You will be focused on understanding the data that is brought in, the use cases it supports, and the best ways to categorize it in ways that allow it to be discovered and aggregated within downstream products. Ideal candidates will display a strong knowledge base in data organization and applications. They will have experience in approaches for categorizing data into elements that are discoverable and meet the needs of the business. They will be expected to monitor internal needs and market trends to ensure Oracle Advertising is making the most of its data assets. They must be comfortable translating product goals into outcome driven asks to Operational and Engineering groups. This role must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means that they can roll up their sleeves, interact with customers and help drive successful outcomes. Maturity, a customer-centric mindset, negotiation skills, ability to influence and analytical talent are essential to succeed in this role. Requirements: + 4 years of relevant work experience in Digital Marketing or other Data Product + Experience and or hands-on knowledge of Product Management processes, focused on customer-based strategic product management + Experience working in a data driven business + Customer value and results focused + Ability to be highly collaborative and work across multiple teams in a complex and matrixed organization + Excellent written and verbal communication skills + Experience driving a global product and team with end-to-end inbound and outbound product responsibilities + Demonstrated ability to formulate data driven decisions that lead to results + Experience aggregating and categorizing data Detailed Description and Job Requirements Work as part of a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, you will define product specifications and or strategy. Gather and analyze information to define product specifications and review design specifications. Communicate product strategy and functionality. Initiate and foster relationships with other groups. Review product documentation and collateral. Ensure successful product releases based on corporate priorities. Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 4 years of software engineering or related experience.
