Job Summary

Responds to and processes physical access requests and security badges for Employees, Contractors, Customers, and Vendors within an SLA via ticketing queues. Performs basic troubleshooting of common physical access control issues and utilizes various physical access control systems to review and modify access, generate reports and create tickets for action. Performs quarterly audits and review of badges within the physical access control systems. Works additional projects based on duties that pertain to the physical access function.

% of Time

Ensures all physical access requests are appropriate and functional based on the requirements and drives resolution of issues to completion within the SLA


Ensures assigned projects are on track and on schedule for completion.


Performs basic analysis, and assist in the resolution of physical access issues while minimizing the business impact.


Performs badge administration and access management for onboarding and off boarding of employees, contractors, customers, and vendors.


Creates and manages tickets for tracking for each action performed.



Excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills required

Ability to multitask

Must be able to work in a domestic and international business environment

Regular and consistent attendance is an essential function of this position.


High School Diploma or Equivalent
