As a Senior Account Manager on the Data Enablement team, you’ll lead delivery, adoption, value demonstration, and enable renewal success for a product suite designed to help marketers use big data to improve advertising and marketing performance. To accomplish this, you will become a trusted advisor to your clients to provide digital marketing consultation, ensure flawless execution, and value realization.

Responsibilities
Drive retention and growth among our existing client base by understanding their business needs and helping them maximize product adoption and utilization to successfully meet their business goals and objectives
Serve as the primary contact for the onboarding of new clients, troubleshoot issues raised by clients, as well as, manage post go-live client engagement
Be the trusted partner and advisor for the client on use-case and product utilization
Maintain a cadence of communicating with clients about their adoption trends to demonstrate product value realization while mining opportunities for deeper engagement and cross-sell/up-sell
Collaborate closely with Sales and Product to support existing client needs, renewals, and expansion opportunities
Represent the voice of the customer internally to inform our Sales and Marketing motions and Product roadmaps
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent
6 years of experience in the marketing/advertising services sector with demonstrated success in delivering data-rich digital solutions
4 years in client-facing role (agency, media platform, and/or data provider) with proven track record of enterprise engagements resulting in consistent product adoption, client retention & satisfaction, and revenue generation
Exceptional communication skills, highly organized, and detail oriented
Experience collaborating with internal teams to deliver on complex client solutions
Comfort presenting at all levels, including executive level and decision-makers
Tremendous work ethic, laser focused, passionate and committed
Team player who thrives in a rapidly changing environment
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Provides direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to client business. Facilitation of customer product/application understanding through presentations demonstrations and benchmarks; provision of support throughout the sell.
As a Senior Sales Consultant you will be responsible for providing presales technical / functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction with minimal supervision. Acts as a technical resource for less experienced Sales Consultants. Develop and deliver high quality standard Oracle presentations and demonstrations. Present and articulate advanced product features and benefits, product future direction and overall Oracle solutions. Design, validate, and present Oracle software solutions to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products. Develop and manage reference sites through high quality technical, professional client relationships.
Job duties are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. May have project lead role. 5 years vendor (sales and marketing) experience. 5 years relevant computer applications or database/tools. Demonstrated proficiency in one multi-user operating system. Through knowledge of system and application design. Strong verbal and written communication skills: needs analysis, positioning, business justification, closing techniques. Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems with accounts in complex technical environments. Ability to travel as needed. BS degree or equivalent; advanced degree desirable.
Colorado Pay Range: From $43.16 to $75.53 per hour
From $89,775 to $157,111 per annum
