Senior Process Manufacturing Analyst 3 Preferred Qualifications Join Oracle’s growing Supply Chain Operations team! We are looking for a solid engineer or supply chain expert with the ability to transform that knowledge into working systems and written technical documents. Detailed Job Description: - Core team member in the Supply Chain Program Management and Quality Team supporting factory and products from pre-production builds through end of life. - Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in contract manufacturer factories in the USA and China. - Develop quality policies, procedures, specifications and data collection systems with input from business and engineering subject matter experts. - Monitor and react to quality excursions through product life cycle by improving existing or new processes. - Recommends equipment and process modifications to improve production efficiencies, manufacturing techniques and production yields for existing products. - Develops and conducts statistical analysis such as Statistical Process Control (SPC) and root cause analysis targeting physical cause of failure for yield loss and improving quality. Interacts with product design and development personnel to ensure that processes and designs are compatible. - Drive continuous improvement of all relevant system and/or PCBA manufacturing operations. - Duties and tasks are standard with some variation, including project work, system development, and other continuous improvement activities. Required Qualifications: - Very good verbal and written communication skills with internal teams and contract manufacturers. - Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS), ISO 9001:2015, global trade compliance, business law and other government compliance and quality control regulatory standards - Knowledge or understanding of SPC and Process quality management techniques - Experience in manufacturing process development and process management for electrical / electronic assemblies. - Knowledge of PCBA and system level manufacturing processes - Exposure to Continuous Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies - Understanding of supplier auditing techniques Desired Qualifications: - Fluency in English, Optional Mandarin, Spanish. - Knowledge in DF * methodologies (Design for Manufacturing/Assembly/Test, etc) - Work in matrixed organization environment - Analytical skills - Data driven decision making and results orientation Education and Experience: - BS or MS in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering or Business with heavy technical background - 3-5 years’ experience in supply chain management or manufacturing of electronics products - Experience in PCBA, chassis, electronic systems fabrication, and assembly Detailed Description and Job Requirements Provides technical and sustaining engineering support in a manufacturing area. May have project lead role. 5 years relevant work experience. BS/BA preferred.
