Responsible for the technical and editorial content and message portrayed across Oracle's digital channels
Provides support and administration on development of digital content on web and make suggestions to technical decisions for assigned programs. Assists on writing summaries, blogs and abstracts of policy materials for social media, email, web and other digital channels. Work on researching and disseminating digital content for engaging audiences online. Assist on creation of digital content including blogs, galleries, briefs, infographics and articles for Oracle's products and services online and print publication. Posts digital content on web and engage audiences via social media and optimal SEO practice. Assist in the identification of the objectives for digital applications and coordinates the development of content to meet defined objectives. Assists the team on key programs in developing and directing online programs and sites.
Job duties are standard with some variation. Completes own role largely independently within defined policies and procedures. 2 years related experience. E-business Internet practical know-how.

*Oracle, YouTube and Social SEO Marketer- *As an SEO Marketing Specialist, you are responsible for coordinating and implementing SEO strategies for Oracle across our social channels. This dynamic individual will have the opportunity to optimize, grow and moderate YouTube channels for Content and SEO. Looking for a marketer who has proven results of growing YouTube viewership for a brand/company through the optimization of content and social SEO strategies. We also want to ensure we help with flagship content with a keen understanding of YouTube understanding of the content ratings and guidelines to grow the Oracle YouTube Channel.
The YouTube Specialist combines technical SEO, Internet content strategy, and SEO analytics to provide tactical and strategic support to the product marketing, content production, product design, and product development teams with the goal of expanding the brand’s presence in organic search. The ideal candidate has experience as a content optimization strategy champion, has worked with a wide range of user experiences and audience acquisition paths, is experienced with technical SEO reviews and audits, and is comfortable providing strategic recommendations based on deep dives into data.
Essential Job Functions
Review posts, photos and listing content according to the product marketing needs and YouTube policies, workflows and targets while upholding a high standard of accuracy and quality. Review content that has been flagged to fix and update. Investigate and resolve complex issues regarding content within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality. Understand and remain current with YouTube guidelines and review content in accordance to defined policies and procedures.
Perform keyword-focused research to understand content gaps and opportunities.
Provide content production teams with weekly, monthly and ad hoc content optimization data and requests.
Provide ongoing SEO YouTube support where needed, proactively and retroactively.
Provide reports and analytics to support senior management in making strategic business decisions in areas affected by organic search.
Work with information architecture and metadata to support content optimization and user experience initiatives.
Develop insights and provide recommendations for product development and adherence to SEO best practice
Assist with Oracle content to improve search results and content improvement for YouTube channel
Professional Skills & Qualifications:
2 years of SEO experience working within YouTube channels. Proven results of growing viewership on YouTube
2-5 years’ experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Strong understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
Experience working with popular keyword and web-analytics tools (BrightEdge, SEMRush, SEOMoz, and Adobe)
High-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
BS/BA degree in Marketing/Analytics/Informatics or related field, required.
Experience working on a complex network of sites
