Provide relevant, accurate and timely financial results to business owners and corporate finance on a monthly basis. Work closely with business owners, accounting, and the finance organization to optimize costs. Perform special projects and provide senior management reporting.
The Main Responsibilities
• Develop annual budget and budget revisions as needed.• Interface with business owners to develop monthly forecast and evaluate to ensure reasonable trends.• Analyze data, communicate results, and highlight key issues/focus areas for management and make recommendations.• Review monthly financial results with business owners and provide variance analysis.• Ensure costs are appropriately allocated.• Ad hoc analysis.
What We Look For in a Candidate
• Thorough understanding of accounting concepts, financial statement components, and financial analysis metrics such as NPV, IRR and Payback. • Strong computer skills including Excel, PowerPoint and Word. • Experience with Power BI a plus. • Be self-motivated with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple deadlines and deliverables. • Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, demanding and dynamic environment.
