You know that success hinges on commitment,that our differences make us stronger, and that the finish line is alwayssweeter when the whole team crosses together.Alteryx is searching for a Technical Fulfillment Associate in Broomfield, CO.What you'll do:Product delivery:Prepares domestic and international orders for shipping; interacts withSales Operations to ensure orders are processed, shipped and deliveredEnsures that remote locations have most current releases of product and dataassetsEnsures receipt of all relevant documentation and agreementsTrack the order from the vendor to ensure timely deliveryResponsible for ensuring customer delivery expectations are metCreate and maintain a published timeframe for delivering evaluations topotential clientsKeep appropriate internal stakeholder up to date with delivery informationLicensing:Provides basic-to-intermediate technical services concerning softwarelicensing and license key management; iInteracts with Technical Staff foradvanced questionsManages product templates for web and desktop productsCreates licenses for paid users from GalleryCreates and maintains a central repository for internal licenses and notifiescompany when availableTraining and support of partnersKeep Salesforce records up to date with client interactionsAdd troubleshooting tips to CommunityProvide exemplary customer service in all aspects of the jobCreate and maintain fulfillment documentation to make the process as easy aspossible for usersLead / contribute to ongoing refinement and development of requirementsProactively advocates for user needs and ideasEnsure operational requirements, standards and best practices are factoredinto plansProduces analyses and reports using business applicationsContribute to a fantastic user experienceRequired skills:Ability to work independently and efficientlyEffective verbal and written communication skills (clear and concise)Willingness to consult multiple resources to obtain answersMulti-task efficiency with an attention to detailStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work a flexible scheduleBasic understanding of software licensing modelsCustomer focus and problem solvingTime management and organizational skillsTeam orientationCandidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.Applicants with previous experience using Salesforce and NetSuite will behighly consideredCompensation:Alteryx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salaryrange for this role is $43,000 - $68,800 in Broomfield, CO.
