We provide extensive opportunities for personal and professionaldevelopment, building both employee competence and organizational capabilityto fuel exceptional performance now and in the future.Summary:In this role, you will participate in the analysis and interpretation ofdata, including but not limited to identifying cost and clinicalopportunities, preparing statistical and other reports, querying data,and generating presentations.Responsibilities:Educate consultants on new or updated formats of deliverables, streamlinedprocesses, or other pertinent changes.Prioritize member data requests as directed by consultants, and providenecessary follow up with members to ensure timely receipt of complete andaccurate data files.Maintain detailed records of data contact(s) and data processingidiosyncrasies for each member.Receive member data files, validate and analyze data to recommend costsavings opportunities.Identify and inform consultants of potential data issues (anomalies) thatmay be critical to the integrity of the subsequent data reports.Generate custom statistical and analytical reports as requested by consultantsor members, using Microsoft Access and SQL.Perform initial and final quality control assessment of reports prior todistribution.Initiate follow up with members and/or vendors to receive completed,formatted RFPs.Qualifications:Relevant degree preferred.2 or more years of relevant experience required.Experience in SQL, intermediate knowledge strongly preferred.Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD codes, CPT codes, and DRG codespreferred.Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills and isdetail-oriented.Equal Opportunity Employer Females/Minorities/Veterans/Individualswith DisabilitiesThe Company is committed to equal employment opportunity to all employees andapplicants without regard to race, religion, color, gender identity,ethnicity, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disabilitystatus, veteran status or any other category protected by applicable law.
