Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years experience in media or broadcast/entertainment operations

• Minimum 3 years experience in Client/Account Management or Project Management

• Proven track record of impeccable communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and process mapping tools (e.g. Visio)

• Possess strong interpersonal skills for interacting with senior leaders as well as various global clients, such as programming and post houses

• Must be detail oriented and adept at multi-tasking

• Flexible in approach and responds well to pressure

Additional Job Requirements:

• Be available and on call on 24/7 basis (excluding extreme circumstances) to receive escalation and trouble shoot issues

• Willing to stay late and work extra hours for launches and special events

• Must be able to work swing or overnight shift, if necessary

Desired Characteristics

• BA/BS in related field

• 2+ years of experience in a role with a track record of proven leadership, effective staff management, high energy level, and strong team skills

• Extensive and significant experience, understanding and knowledge of media prep technical systems, standards and processes

• Strategic project management leadership

• Prior experience with REACT, OTTO, Webscheduler, and Mediator in a media prep environment

• Experience with Evertz Mediator media asset management & playout automation system

• Experience with linear & non-linear programming systems

• Experience with Avid and Premiere editing systems

• Prior experience with international operations and workflows

• Experience with scheduling and resource management

• Strong attention to detail, communication and interpersonal skills

• Effectively flexible in approach, and responds well to pressure

• A track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations
