UI/UX Designer

Job Description:

Our Digital Customer Experience practice is a team of professionals who embrace a philosophy that a rapid and iterative approach to crafting human-centered experiences is fueled by innovative strategies, tactics and technologies. We’re looking for a UX/UI designer who will take a key role supporting user research, creating wireframes, designs and prototypes; and ultimately aligning user behavior to actions that drive valuable, immersive experiences for our customers.

As a member of the Customer Experience team, you’ll be collaborating with global and regional business stakeholders, product managers, developers and strategists, iterating on the experiences of customers through the Arrow digital ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Support and/or lead user research; turning data and feedback into insights and design opportunities

  • Create wireframes, visual designs and prototypes

  • Conduct usability and A/B testing

  • Help drive a connectedness between business strategy and product design through rapid UX sprint cycles

What We Are Looking For

  • Translate user behavior and research into actionable data.

  • Create concepts, wireframes, and mockups that lead to intuitive user experiences.

  • Design and create mockups and user journeys for a wide range of devices including mobile.

  • Strategically create new features and functionality based on user stories and behavior.

  • Rapid design and testing methodology.

  • Ability to clearly communicate research and design ideas to stakeholders and senior management.

  • Experienced user of UX software such as InVision, Axure, UXPin, Balsamiq, and the like is a must.

  • Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus

Experience / Education

Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$90,000.00 - $110,000.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
