We offer a competitive salary,comprehensive benefits package, interesting projects and challenges, andopportunities for career growth and leadership.L3 Applied Defense Solutions currently has an opening for an Aerospace SystemsArchitect/Integrator/Engineer in Colorado Springs.KEY ROLE:The Aerospace Systems Architect/Integrator/Engineer works directly withboth senior Government customers and L3 ADS Program Management to refine afull end-to-end Tasking, Collection, Planning, Exploitation, andDissemination (TCPED) system to incorporate non-traditional data sourcesinto a Space Situational Awareness (SSA) System. The successful candidateexcels as a member of a dynamic engineering team developing cutting edgesystems for the space industry. Interested parties should expect to supportground-based optical and radar systems and SSA activities. The main role ofthis candidate is to support system architecting, system integration,orbital analysis and training for SSA Services contracts. An ideal candidatedemonstrates experience supporting operational satellite protectionmissions, coupled with systems engineering, system integration, systemarchitecture, and project management skills. The Aerospace SystemsArchitect/Integrator/Engineer also provides the systems engineeringleadership to shepherd: system design, development, integration, andtest. The successful candidate provides the program manager assistance inassessing the program cost, risk, supportability, and effectiveness,and works with systems engineers and software developers in developing andpresenting technical information.
