Analyst Sr.

Open to most locations except California, Connecticut, or New York

Responsible for working with Business and IT stakeholders to understand the problem domain and provide analysis tocapture and manage quality requirements that align with the system solution. Primary duties to include but are not limited

to:

  • Works on low to moderate complexity business needs, develops epics and user stories, manages backlog in tools andresearches issues.

  • Thorough subject matter expertise and an understanding of business processes.

  • Works closely with Business Owners, Product Managers and/or Product Owners to ensure business needs are captured,prioritized and understood to manage stakeholder expectations.

  • Assists in the analysis of the functional business requirements and implementation details to ensures design meets nonfunctional requirements.

  • Primary Interface with initiative team to ensure they have a clear understanding of the requirements.

  • Contributes to the development of operational readiness documentation, and training materials to support rollout,adoption, and use of the system/functionality, as needed.

  • May provide support during the integration and acceptance testing phases and implementation.

  • Displays a collaborative approach in working in a team environment and a comfort level in daily interactions withstakeholders at all levels.

  • Adheres to the current Software Delivery Life Cycle (SDLC).

  • Agile principles and mindsets to be used to accomplish deliverables and communication.

  • The ideal candidate is resourceful, inquisitive, creative and shows a passion for being a problem solver.

  • They must be a leader, hit the ground running and have excellent interpersonal skills.

Requires a BS/BA degree; 4-6 years of experience, including that includes knowledge of systems capabilities and business operations; or any combination of education and experienced which would provide an equivalent background.
