The Navigators Business Systems Analyst, Business Systems Department in Colorado Springs, Colorado
The Business Systems Analyst I shall serve The Navigators and fulfill the responsibilities listed below in the spirit of The Navigators calling, values and purpose: To advance the Gospel of Jesus and His kingdom into the nations through spiritual generations of laborers living and discipling among the lost.
To provide business and systems expertise to The Navigators, an international Christian organization, with responsibilities in the Human Capital Management System (Workday) and the Workday Financial System (to include the PledgeMaker Donation System), and other related duties as assigned.
Financial System Administration
Assist Financial Service Team with accounting and financial configurations in Workday.
Provide support to our Financial Services Team regarding issues that arise from the Workday software configuration.
Provide and support reports and data analysis for Financial Services Team.
Support the budgeting process including loading to/from sub-systems (Anaplan) or other sources.
Support any future third party applications that may affect the Workday Financial system.
Be lead BA in major projects related to the Financial system.
Accounts Payable Administration
Assist with configuration changes and support of the Workday Expense Report, Supplier, Invoice and Ad Hoc Payment functions.
Provide reports and data analysis around Expense Reports, Supplier Invoices and Ad Hoc Payments.
Learn Workday reporting including calculation fields.
Assist in the Workday Software Updates that occur two times a year.
Maintaining, writing, and/or updating of procedures related to the above responsibilities.
Assist with any other work as assigned by the department manager.
Participate in development events such as Navigator on-site events, Cultural Development and Diversity trainings or other non-Navigator developmental events as appropriate.
Read spiritually and culturally developmental books and literature.
Participate in the annual, organizational Plan and Progress Review (PPR) process.
Submit expense report as needed due the 15th of each month.
Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators.
Bachelor’s Degree or Computer Science degree in a business-related field.
Three to seven years’ experience in software systems implementation and support is preferred.
Excellent people skills that provide the ability to collaborate and communicate within a team and cross functionally with other teams.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Applications.
Experience with Workday preferred.
Ability to administrate a program that involves mastering and organizing detailed data.
Compensation Range: $55,134.74-$74,431.89 annually
