DescriptionAPPLY TODAY!The Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) project office is seeking a CanopyLabs Project Manager to support the initial standup and subsequent technicalmanagement / oversight of an enterprise Tactical Command and Control(C2) laboratory focused on integrating EGS services, collaboration,education, and community outreach. The ideal candidate will have a solidfoundation in satellite C2, software integration and systems engineering anda strong desire to work in a fast paced, multi-mission Ground C2environment. Work location is Colorado Springs, CO.Responsibilities:Support the continued development of an advanced modeling and simulation laband software service integration environment.Plan and facilitate engagements with users and developers to establish robustcommunity outreach strategy aligned with lab goals.Experience and strong understanding of hybrid, on-premise and cloud-basedarchitectures; familiar with DevSecOps best practices and principles.Experience integrating systems within a multi-level security (MLS)environment, in compliance with Govt and DoD Cybersecurity frameworks.Sufficiently familiar with network technologies (routing, firewalls,VLANS) and hardware/software integration to support troubleshooting.Manage laboratory operations, to include ensuring proper maintenanceconditions, safety and security procedures, equipment, and data.Provide oversight of all aspects of laboratory operations, includingimplementation, safety and security procedures, and troubleshooting /maintenance of lab IT resources.Assist in developing lab governance strategy and implementation plans.Supports development of lab IT resource purchasing plans; maintains contactwith vendors and searches commercial market to determine availability and costof equipment to meet mission requirements.Leads briefings and discussions with program management and other essentialpersonnel.Strong team player, embracing collaboration with diverse team ofGovernment, SETA, developers, users and supporting FFRDCs.Preferred Qualifications:Familiarity with commercial database management and virtualization softwaresuch as OpenStack and VMware.Experience developing and implementing tailored training programs in supportof laboratory objectivesExperience in operational readiness, rehearsals, and system testing.Experience across multiple engineering disciplines to include systemsengineering, software development, security engineering, integration,and test.Experience with requirements development, interface control documentation,technical specification review, architecture and CONOPS development.7+ years and master's degree or 10+ years and bachelor's degree inengineering or a related technical field.Security Requirements: Active DoD Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI.Active TS or TS/SCI preferred.Basic Compensation:$150,000 - $190,000The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge,skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.Additional Compensation:Centauri may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation tocertain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractualdesignation.
