Aerotek Customer Service/Entry Level Customer Support (Remote - Colorado) in COLORADO SPRINGS, Colorado
Agents will be the first point of contact for technology platforms clients to help fix any potential problems that the client is running into with their subscription or billing issues. 95% of this position will be email communication with the client, but might also have to call the client and help them resolve their problems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
1-2 years of customer service experience
Strong written and verbal communication
Strong computer skills
Must be able to work a 40 hour shift Monday-Sunday between hours of 6am-10pm
Remote position - equipment provided
Must live within 30 miles of Colorado Springs, CO
