This is a position is Contingent on P E Systems being awarded theworkGENERAL FUNCTION:Recommend future communication network system architectures with self-healingproperties.Develop plans and schedules to implement architectures and develop ROM pricingof recommended solutions.Analyze, produce and review cyber-related technical documents as DCO-SIntegrated Product Team (IPT) member.Analyze DoDIN-Ops and defense for strengths, weaknesses, opportunities,and threats to incorporate into EGS strategy.Provide technical review and draft comments for S&T process.Evaluate concepts and provide technical assessments of candidate S&T projects.Assist with proposal development, if necessary.Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships withco-workers, and customers.Follow policies and procedures as described in corporate manuals anddirectives.Attend work each day during scheduled work hours unless on approved travel ortime off.Carry out other duties as may be assigned or requested.WORKING CONDITIONSPerform occasional travel to contractor and customer sites, as required.Work is performed indoors with some potential risks to safety and healthhazards related to electronics and normal work environment.QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:Ten (10) years space experience with Four (4) years space C2experience and three (3) years requirements experience, includingdemonstratedProficiency with DoD, NRO, and commercial communication network systems.Proficiency with DoDIN-Ops and cyber defense approaches.Proficiency in requirements development, CBA, AoA processes;functional, operating, and system concepts development for new andexisting sysProficiency in identifying requirements, acquisition, and budgetingprocess interdependencies; developing pricing ROMs.Proficiency with JCIDS process and staffing products through AFSPC, HPT,AFROC, JROC.Proficiency in application of emerging concepts to system development.Proficiency in AFI 10-2801/AFSPCI 10-102, AFI 10-601/AFSPC Supp.Master s Degree preferred in Cyber/Communications related field.Certifications required: CISSP/CISM, DoD 8570 IAT/IAM Level III.Knowledge of DoD/NRO/commercial communication network systemsarchitectures with self-healing properties; ESBMC2 program requirements.Knowledge of C2, space control, SSA CONOPS, ICD, CDD, CPD, KPPs,KSA, NR-KPP; operational-strategic-level C2 structures.Knowledge of operational-/strategic-level C2 structures; tactical,operational and strategic C2 operational and development stakeholders.Knowledge of space satellite C2 units, weapon systems, and architectures.Knowledge of HQ AFSPC Program Security Classification Guides.Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all dutiesand responsibilities.Must process a government security clearance at the Top-Secret level, SCIeligible.Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including, but notlimited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required.
