Title: Enterprise Cyber Security SME Location: Peterson Air Force Base (PAFB) Mobile Command Control Systems (MC2S): Provides mobile CommandControl support/capability to USNORTHCOM. MC2S maintains aGovernment-owned, Government-operated Logistics Support Facility; whileconducting system and sustainment engineering, program depot maintenance,depot-level repairs, and executes customer/Program ExecutiveOfficer-approved fiscal year modification project plans. Job Responsibilities: Duties include, but not limited to: * Develop and implement clearly defined and consistent cyber securityprocess across the HBQ Division portfolio. * Advise and provide recommendations to the Government ISSM, as well asimplement the direction and guidance of the government ISSM. * Integrate cybersecurity into all phases of acquisition, upgrade,and modification programs, including design, development, testing,fielding, operation, sustainment, and the DoD CybersecurityAuthorization Proce * Provide oversight with the Division transition to Risk ManagementFramework (RMF) and compliance. * The cybersecurity SME encompasses the full range of cybersecurity andinformation security processes, procedures, and functions, to includereviewing data, maintaining/implementing and compliance notification ofrequired IAVAs, NOTAMs and information security posture for systems. * Advise division leadership on architecture mitigations to limit riskposture within the systems, and represent the risk posture in briefings andslides to DoD CIO, Headquarters AFSPC and USSTRATCOM; utilize NationalInstitute of Standards and Technology (NIST) 800 series specialpublications in the development of new system artifacts to ensure compliancewith new RMF requirements and to interpret requirements as necessary to ensuresystem compliance or provide operational justification when deemed necessary. * Develop a focused approach in moving the 35 + DoD InformationAssurance Certification and Accreditation Process (DIACAP) packages to RMFand the continual development of processes and producers to manage the RMFpackages, controls and Plan of Action and Mile Stones (POA&Ms). * Provide Cyber Security and authorization support services, assist theGovernment with the preparation of Cyber Security documentation: ATPs,Authority to Test (ATT), Authority to Operate (ATO), Authority toConnect (ATC), Mission Impact Memorandum (MIM), Plan of Action andMilestones (POA&M), PPPs, System Security Authorization Agreement(SSAA), System Security Plan, and Urgent Interim Authorization Request (UIAR). * Review Cyber Security documentation to ensure they satisfy SecurityEngineering and Certification requirements, Cyber Security Controlidentification, to include building implementation plans and validation plans * Assist with the entry and review of entered information to theInformation Technology Investment Portfolio Suite (ITIPS) * Assist with the preparation and review of Federal Information SecurityManagement Act (FISMA) documentation. Qualifications: * Valid DOD Top Secret clearance * US Citizenship * Minimum Education and Experience Requirements: BA/BS, 10 years ofexperience in the respective technical/professional discipline beingperformed, 3 of which must be in the DoD or 15 years of directly relatedexperience with proper certifications, 5 of which must be in the DoD
