Work responsibilities may vary, depending upon assignment. The position isto provide Enterprise Ground Services (EGS) Expertise at Peterson AFB,CO. This is a position is Contingent on P E Systems being awarded the work.GENERAL FUNCTION:Develop plans and requirements for onboarding EGS to support all relatedDepartment of Defense (DoD) Space systems.Recommend how to incorporate all systems into one standard SOA with opensystems principles.Provide technical review and draft comments to A5M for S&T process.Evaluate concepts and provide technical assessments of candidate S7T projects.Assist with proposal development, if necessary.Establish and maintain effective professional working relationships withco-workers, and customers.Follow policies and procedures as described in corporate manuals anddirectives.Attend work each day during scheduled work hours unless on approved travel ortime off.Carry out other duties as may be assigned or requested.WORKING CONDITIONSPerform occasional travel to contractor and customer sites, as required.Work is performed indoors with some potential risks to safety and healthhazards related to electronics and normal work environment.QUALIFICATIONS:Education/Certifications/Experience/Skills:Ten (10) years space experience with Four (4) yearstactical-level C2 experience and three (3) years requirementsexperience, including demonstrated:Proficiency with current AFSPC/NRO tactical satellite ground and network C2systems.Proficiency in requirements development, CBA, AoA processes;functional, operating, and system concepts development for new andexisting sysProficiency in identifying requirements, acquisition, and budgetingprocess interdependencies; JCIDS process and staffing products throughAFSPC, HPT, AFROC, and JROC.Proficiency in application of emerging concepts to system development.Proficiency in AFI 10-2801/AFSPCI 10-102, AFI 10-601/AFSPC Supp.Bachelor s Degree but Master s Degree desiredKnowledge of current DoD, NRO, and commercial SATOPS/ground networkingsystems and interfaces; ESBMC2 REG requirements.Knowledge of Services and SOA.Knowledge of space satellite C2 units, weapon systems, andarchitectures; C2 space control, SSA CONOPS, ICD, CDD, CPD, KPPs, KSA, NR-KPP.Knowledge of tactical, operational, and strategic C2 operational anddevelopment stakeholders.Knowledge of current AFSPC initiatives including the SEV, Model Based SystemEngineering (MBSE), AFSPC S&T process, and JCIDS requirements.Knowledge of HQ AFSPC Program Security Classification Guides.Must be able to effectively communicate with customer and fulfill all dutiesand responsibilities.Must process a government security clearance at the Top-Secret level,SCI/SAP eligible.Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office suite including, but notlimited to: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Must be able to transport self to various facility sites, as required. Ifusing own motor vehicle, must possess a valid driver s license and proofof insurance.Physical Skills and Abilities:May require lifting up to 25 pounds.Requires visual acuity to use a keyboard.
