JOB DESCRIPTION Exciting opportunity to support the United States Air Force Air Educationand Training Command flying operations. We are looking for well-qualifiedSquadron Training Administrators at Randolph AFB in San Antonio, Texas;Columbus AFB in Columbus Mississippi; Laughlin AFB, in Del Rio, Texas;Vance AFB in Enid, Oklahoma; Little Rock AFB in Little Rock, Arkansas;Davis-Monthan AFB in Tucson; Lackland AFB in San Antonio, Texas; AltusAFB in Altus, Oklahoma; NAS Pensacola in Pensacola, Florida; Ft Ruckerin Alabama; and the USAF Academy in Colorado Springs, CO. Typical duties include: * Establish and maintain paper and electronic filing systems forrecords, correspondence, and other materials IAW USAF Records Managementstandards as defined in AFMAN 33-363 (Chap 1-7), Air Force Instruction(AFI) 33-322 (Chap 1-7), AFI 33-332 associated AETC/Installationsupplements, and locally-developed guidance. * Provide quarterly inputs to Management Internal Control Toolset(MICT) database or equivalent in accordance with local procedures.Complete MICT communicators applicable to programs they are assigned,identify deficiencies, create, and administer Corrective Action Plansusing fact-finding and problem analysis. * Ensure permanent, associate and attached aircrew are loaded intoappropriate MS; set up locally required theaterindoctrination/syllabuses/requalification templates/gradebooks inManagement Systems (MS) when required and review training documents toensure compliance with 11-MDS-V1 and supplemental guidance (Note 1), AFI11-290 Crew Resource Management, AFI 11-202V1, supplements, and locallydeveloped syllabus/program. Prepare training folders for closeout byTraining Officer or designated official IAW syllabus, AETCI 36-2605 V1. * Interface with Host Aviation Resource Management (HARM) personnelor Squadron Aviation Resource Management (SARM) personnel, ifavailable, to update the Aviation Resource Management System (ARMS) orequivalent systems as needed. * Provide daily tracking of upgrade and continuation trainingaccomplishment for the Training Officer, Operations Supervisor or equivalentas well as weekly summaries for the DO. * Consolidate, maintain, and publish a schedule of training eventsand classes using locally established norms. * Coordinate with appropriate scheduling authorities to ensurecrewmembers are scheduled for ground or ancillary training.
