Provide shared service direct support to the Field License Sales and Consulting Organizations. Management, production and delivery of high quality, compliant, and competitive proposals intended to win and generate new revenue for Oracle. Review completed proposal for responsiveness and compliance
Provide direct project management support for the delivery of high quality, competitive proposals to Oracle external prospects. Typical tasks may include: provide direct project management support for the delivery of high quality, competitive proposals. Develop win themes, maintain liaison with external partners and integrators participating in joint operations, analyze proposal to determine delivery specifications and preparation outlines, analyze Evaluation Criteria, develop Feature/Benefit tables, create Storyboards, provide direction regarding compliance with statutory, regulatory and commercial business guidelines provided by prospective and established customers, plan and create text/graphics preparation and control environment for virtual collaboration by internationally disbursed teams, establish and manage the proposal submission schedule, develop proposal preparation instructions, create compliance and author response matrices, develop writing instructions for authors, plan and conduct project kickoff meetings, manage the execution of the proposal development plan, contribute to and/or write executive summaries, establish document version control methods, create document review directions and procedures, manage review and edit cycles, coordinate the final assembly and delivery of proposal, review final proposal for compliance and responsiveness.
Proposal management support experience of 8 years. A bachelors degree is preferred, technical background or industry experience a plus. Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and writing skills. Experienced in using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Flexible, team-oriented attitude.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

Partner with global product experts to collect, review, update and publish reusable proposal content that meets Oracle branding standards and global content management guidelines.
Detailed description: Provide RFx content management and direct project management support for the delivery of high quality, accurate, competitive proposal content for CX products within a content library and proposal automation tool. Liaison with content team and CX SMEs to manage data collection and content updates. Proofread, edit and format RFx functional and technical content for publication, develop win themes, update content based on regular product update cadence, analyze new content submissions and manage feedback within the RFX automation tool. Plan and create text/graphics preparation and control environment for virtual collaboration across internationally dispersed teams. Conduct preliminary and final evaluation of functional/technical content, track progress through stand-up calls, reviews, and matrices. Establish and manage the execution of the content management plan, create document review directions and procedures, manage review and edit cycles, and review final content for compliance and responsiveness. Contribute to the strategy and oversight of the proposal development process working in tandem with the SME’s and Sales professionals. Work with Proposal Services and RFx automation tool system administrators to support the development and implementation of Oracle’s proposal processes and tools. Contribute to other proposal and content development projects, including training and development of users,other team members and proposal managersto support the overall success of Oracle’s Proposal Management process.
The Preferred Qualifications include:
Experienced with Cloud solutions, implementation, or proposal management support; including responding to functional and technical questionnaires.
3 years content management experience preferred.
Experience with CX products a plus.
Qvidian experience a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to flourish in a global team environment.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Experienced in using tools such as Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
