We are looking for a Manager of Business Process Improvement to join our team in Denver or Colorado Springs, CO.

What You'll Do
As the Manager, Business Process Improvement, you will be responsible for delivering on key process improvement areas for our internal business groups and areas focused on our customer journey.
You will need a passion for detail and strong execution skills. You must thrive in a fast-paced environment and have an ability to handle multiple projects at one time.
The role of the Manager, Business Process Improvement is to analyze and manage business processes and training programs to ensure such process and programs meet business goals and requirements. The Manager, Business Process Improvement is responsible for creating, maintaining and delivering client lifecycle processes incorporated with systems training programs that create efficiencies on teams. This includes performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing user acceptance testing. Communicates with all teams and departments.
Responsible for the management and leadership of a range of process improvement and process management activities.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing, influencing, and implementing innovative solutions.
Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize workflow.
Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
Performing requirements analysis.
Documenting and communicating the results of research efforts.
Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
Gathering critical information from meetings with various end users and producing useful reports.
Ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements.
Updating, implementing and maintaining procedures.
Develop ROI and effectively communicate value based on improvements
Facilitates training on all current and new processes.
Manage change by establishing procedures and practices which promote the adoption and sustainability of appropriate solutions.
Ability to deliver results in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
Ability to understand a complex system in which data flows between interconnected systems managed by different teams.
Influence and drive change with cross functional teams to ensure project coverage, manage risks, prioritize effectively and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills and experience applying these skills to resolve operational processes and system issues.
What You Should Have
B.A./B.S. in related field
5+ years of leadership experience in a business process improvement position
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing
Proven experience in understanding and improving workflow and processes
Technical proficiency with a variety of software applications
Two years or more of experience managing strategic projects
Strong finance functional expertise, business process knowledge
2+ years developing and delivering training programs
You like working with intelligent and driven colleagues
