Utilize marketing activities designed to create a demand for ourproducts and services that will generate core sales growth DetailedDescriptio* Coordinate with key contacts for implementation and communication of salespromotions and marketing programs and projects from concept development tofinished product, including development of marketing collateral such asdirect mailers, brochures, flyers, catalog pages, etc.* Assist with custom eCommerce implementations, including workflow/orderapproval set up and maintenance, custom catalog set up and maintenance,custom portal set up and maintenance, personal list set up andmaintenance, and eCommerce training material development.* Assist with development and manage tracking of eCommerce lead-generationactivities such as link building, directory listings, blog, socialmedia, and online press release generation, as requested* Maintain catalog inventory tracking and mailing/fulfillment trends/costtracking.* Assist with research and analysis activities such as web metrics/trendanalysis and tracking, competitive web site/eCommerce monitoring,customer research, and competitor research.* Manages department FastTrack intranet site.* Support the specific sales and marketing needs of One WESCO at anational, regional, and local level.* Apply continuous improvement processes to continually identify andeliminate waste and inefficiencies. Job RequirementsEXPERIENCE:1-3 years Product or Field marketing, preferably in Fortune 500 company.EDUCATION:Associates' Degree (U.S.)/College Diploma (Canada) required,Bachelor's Degree preferred.SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:Marketing strategy and implementation, including a working knowledge ofmulti-channel marketing.Knowledge of industry, including suppliers, customers, competition,trends and advances in eCommerce and digital marketing, and WESCO'sbusiness lines, strengths and challenges. - PreferredStrong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency withMicrosoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and at least basic-to intermediate-level HTML skills.Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an ability tocommunicate clearly and succinctly.Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to spotquestionable information or unusual data trends, combined with a disciplinedproblem-solving process that applies conceptual thinking to identify rootcause(s) and provide appropriate solution(s).Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customer-centric focus andcommitment to quality.Able to spot new
