DescriptionLinQuest is seeking an Operations Research Systems Analysis (ORSA) Analystto join our team at Peterson AFB. We are looking for an experiencedQuantitative Analyst with a background in operations research, statisticsand systems engineering.Responsibilities:The candidates needs to be proficient at framing conceptual challenges,developing and documenting methodologies to quantitatively analyze thosechallengesleading/guiding/supporting the execution of studies, analyses, and assessmentsUtilizing studies and analyses, the analyst will make recommendationsregarding the military utility, feasibility, and affordability of theconcepts and capabilities under studyThe analyst will work as part of a contractor team working alongside a broaderteam of government and contract staffRequired Experience:3 years of experience and a Ph.D. in operations research or a theoreticalscience field, or7 years of experience and a Master of Science degree in operations research ora theoretical science fieldAbility to coordinate with senior managers and decision makers to identify andsolve a variety of problems and to clarify management objectivesExperience developing and implementing mathematical and statistical models tosolve various problems across multiple domainsExperience and familiarity with the space domainUS Citizenship and an active TS/SCI is required to be considered for thispositionPreferred Experience:Experience with Excel, Access, and VBADeveloping and implementing mathematical and statistical models to solveproblems across multiple domainsGood analysis and problem-solving abilitiesJMT (Joint Mission Thread)JSWF (Joint Space Warfighter Forum)AoA (Analysis of Alternatives)Required Skills:Proficiency in any of the following programming languages or statisticalpackages: R, Python, MATLAB, SAS, JAVA, JMP, Excel VBA,STORM, SEAS, Power BI, Tableau, Qlick, SPSS, PSPP, and SymPyHigh motivation, creativity, and flexibility to work in a dynamic environmentStrong quantitative and analytic abilities to integrate and analyze dataAbility to work well as part of a team#LI-MBQualificationsLicenses .and.
